DERUSEN mesh fabric is a fabric with a perforated structure. Its core feature is the formation of regularly arranged mesh through a specific weaving process, which endows the fabric with excellent breathability, elasticity and a unique visual effect.
Mesh fabric is mainly divided into two categories: woven and knitted. Woven mesh fabric usually adopts a jacquard weave, where the ground warp and weft yarns are interwoven with the weft yarn to form a stable mesh structure.
Knitted mesh fabric is further divided into weft-knitted and warp-knitted types. It can be shaped into a more three-dimensional 3D air layer structure through precise punching or other processes. Common sandwich mesh fabric has a three-layer structure, with a mesh on the surface and a dense net on the bottom to enhance the fabric's durability.
