Product Description

The metal zipper is mainly composed of a fabric band, chain teeth (teeth), a pull head, and stop codes (upper and lower stops). The fabric band is usually made of polyester fiber or cotton fabric. The chain teeth are mostly made of copper alloys (such as brass, white copper) or aluminum alloys, which are formed by precision molds. The color of the chain teeth is achieved through electroplating processes, and common colors include gold, black nickel, and green bronze, etc. The pull head needs to match the color of the chain teeth and usually has a self-locking function to ensure smooth operation. The stop codes are used to prevent the pull head from detaching from the chain teeth.

To strictly control the quality, strict product inspections are carried out every time. After the zipper production is completed, we will extract a certain number of zippers according to a certain ratio, and test the tensile strength to ensure that the quality of the zipper meets or exceeds the customer's requirements.
