Product Description
The core components of nylon zippers include the fabric band, teeth, core wire and pull tab. In terms of structure, they can be classified into four types: closed-end zippers, open-end zippers (left and right insertion), double closed-end zippers (X or O), and double open-end zippers (left and right insertion).
The manufacturing process mainly involves spiral forming of polyester fibers, which is achieved through heating and pressing the mold or sewing. The fabric band can be designed to be ultra-thin to fit lightweight clothing.
Nylon zippers are widely used in various civilian fields such as sportswear, shoes, bedding, luggage, tents, etc., as well as in industrial scenarios like car interiors and medical devices. However, it is usually not recommended for use in areas that need to withstand strong external forces. When purchasing, we should pay attention to uniform coloring of the fabric strips, symmetrical engagement of the zipper teeth, smooth opening of the pull tab and effective self-locking.
